Usage and features;
With the installation of the Agent software on your device; A computer ID that cannot be changed, "Computer ID", and an access code that can be changed, "Access Code" are defined. It is possible to connect to your device only with the Agent application.

You must also be a member to use the "Acronis Cyber Desktop" software and more customization with the web interface.
When you install the Cyber Desktop software, an interface where you can connect to remote devices will welcome you. If you want, you can connect to remote computers without logging in. You will need to register and log in to use further customizations and to continually see users who have added you to their trusted list.

If you type the e-mail address that you are a member of in the Trusted Users section of the agent of the device you want to connect to, you will see a computer that you can manage as seen in the picture when you log in. This will allow you to use additional features on the computer you will manage.

You will continue to see the device as long as your e-mail address is written in the Trusted Users section. When you remove your e-mail address, you will not be able to see your device, which will be deregistered in your account.

In this way, in the management of devices that can create groups, you can run special actions such as "shutdown, restart, logoff, put to sleep and empty the trash" without optional access, and optionally access with monitoring and control modes.

You can run the monitoring mode directly without accessing the devices. However, it is possible to use the toolbar above the connection window without having to terminate the connection to switch to control mode.

The ability to use actions without access is very practical and time-saving. In addition, it works very fast, such as processing the device itself instead of a remote connection.

It is possible to initiate actions on the web interface, but unfortunately the browser cannot be used for connection. When you want to connect, it runs the Cyber Desktop application and makes the connection with the desktop software.
